Enjoyed my two day stay. Meal and drinks are very pricey. Would recommend visiting area for the food. Nice relaxable place. Room rates were a tad higher than what I expected but worth the quality that I received.

Hello, I truly hope this gets too the proper level so these discrepancies would get resolved. I work in the Catastrophic Disaster field and travel and stay at the Hilton and or Marriott’s most times. The main reason we all decided to stay at your establishment was the Shuttle service that took us to and from our hotel to class. This service was( which was nothing but unreliable) the deciding factor of staying at the Double tree Westminster!(MILE HI ADJUSTERS WITH WHICH WE ARE THINKING OF PULLING FROM OUR LIST) This shuttle was late taking us and very late picking us up, on one occasion when it happened to be 28degrees the shuttle was over one and a half hours late. When we called the front desk we got put on hold, told they would be there in ten minutes and also told they have know clue where there driver was. This was a extreme case but I assure it did not get better. My crew and I have several different complaints with our 15 day stay. Pretty much all about the attitudes or lack of training in most employees including management and specifically the restaurant and bar employees.. I would although like to point out a couple of "VERY OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES WITH WHOM WITHOUT WE WOULD HAVE ALL CHECKED OUT”. First off "Becky" behind the front desk, whom I believe worked the 10-7 shift? Not really sure! She was always a delight and always greeted myself our work members with a smile and considerations. On one occasion she was behind the desk and not looking as she was feeling well, I needed a ride to the local market and she called manager for some assistance, when the manager got on the phone he said to Becky is it an emergency, I told you to not bother me! she replied know and said sorry to him, she then said she would be more then happy to give me a ride. When I returned to the car after the store visit I asked Becky if she was feeling ok? she replied not really and that she had just had two wisdom teeth pulled only hours before, I asked her why she was at work and she explained that the person that was supposed to fill her shift did not show up and that the management called her in. ( I found this very disturbing) and the reply by the manager in the earlier phone call very non professional. I believe Becky should be one to watch as a stellar employee and a possible management or get some extended training as this the type employee your brands desires. The fact that this woman whom had know need being there went above and beyond her position, and should have not been asked to work. The Restaurant Food quality was that of a “Salvation Army” maybe worse! This includes the so called free breakfast with the milk being outdated, the fruit being old the croissants being stale just terrible and to me not eatable. I had ordered the Rib Eye the first night, it was charred and so fatty (About 40% fat) the potatoes where dry as if cooked days before. The second night Fettachina with Chicken this was of same quality as the Rib eye and could not eat it. I tried several other items on the list until I gave up and walked to the nearest restaurant. (If I wanted to eat somewhere other then your restaurant I would have rented a vehicles not used your shuttle service but did this believing in your brand) There is a bright spot as I was told with excitement from the Bartender that they had gotten a new cook and his food was edible (Steve his name and yes much better) I could go on for pages but I just don’t see the point, I spent very good money at your establishment with the knowledge that your brand emits quality, well let me assure you that my stay with your establishment was probably the worst experience I have ever had, other then staying at an old motel 6 in the 80’s when I was 20.In closing I will say that Jasime, I believe a day manager was very accommodating and professional.

We held a large conference at this location, it was easy and convenient for the attendees. Consider this location as an option. This location is near mass transit, and easy to access from major highway corridors.

Great hotel, they just need better communication. Had trouble checking in. Fourtunely they were able to fix it but we called ahead to avoid trouble at check in. The rest of the say was good. I only wish there were more breakfast options.

Stayed here for a company conference where we also used the facility for our meetings. Great staff, clean rooms, and delicious food. Would recommend again! Even though it's not downtown, it's within shuttle distance of a Walmart and other restaurants in case you need anything.
