First time at this hotel. Super staff. Good food. Nice and clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Very convenient for the Grand Opera House. Price was very reasonable. We decided to stay in downtown Wilmington even though we live in the area in order to make our visit to the Delaware Symphony more enjoyable. We will do it again.

We enjoyed our stay, very much. The property was clean and the room was very nice. We were in town for a Cheap Trick concert at The Queen. The hotel was just a couple minute walk to the venue, which was awesome. If we have the chance to attend another concert at that venue, we will definitely stay here again.

Our friends always stay here and highly recommended the hotel. It is conveniently located in downtown Wilmington and close to the Opera House and the Playhouse on Rodney Square. They have a shuttle which is very nice. On a nice day it is a pleasant walk to the Riverfront. All in all, a good place with com for rooms.

Currently in the middle of a 2 week stay. Very poor customer service. It takes ages for the people to service a request. When I requested, for a spoon and plate at my room, I was told to get it from the frontdesk. It took more than an hour to send some toiletries at the room. Generally, Hilton gives complimentary cookies and coffee in the evening. This one gives one if asked at the reception. Cleaning not done properly. One of the room drawers is a dustbowl. Rooms also badly requires facelift. Not recommended for a long stay.

CAN NOT GO WRONG HERE CLEAN, ROOMY,FRIENDLY. Plenty of parking on main drag of town.
Easy in and out but be care going in Eastbound lane has to turn into traffic. Bar restaurant in hotels, caters to wedding and office functions. Walking distance across parking lot to Concord Mall, that has numerous restaurants and stores to help you with your visit.
