One loud air conditioner after another! After my room got moved because of a loud air conditioner, I got moved into another room that was just as bad if not worse! No real sense of urgency to get my room fixed so I had to live with it.

Very nice hotel. Updated and felt “luxurious”. We stayed as locals who lived 20 minutes away but wanted a weekend away. The hotel made us feel like we were on a trip and not just in next town over. We did the bed and breakfast package and was nice to have breakfast covered.

This was a great hotel. Fast and easy check in and super service. The bed was so comfortable i could have slept all day. We had an early flight at the airport and easily got an Uber ride to take us for under $50! I lived the follow up text message asking if there was any way they could have improved my stay. That was a really nice touch. I couldn’t think of a single thing. We will be back when we pass through next year!

I travel for work to Waterbury and Hartford CT quite a bit. I booked and stayed her twice. The hotel itself is beautiful. The fitness center is amazing. There are two places to eat in the hotel. There is a sports bar as well as a fine dining restaurant. Both are good. If you are a Hilton Honors member, there is a floor for you. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. It's a great place to stay if you plan to be there for one or two nights. It's very close to ESPN, so you can easily get there if that's your thing.

My wife and I consistently have dinner, lunch at the sports bar, great food unlike any other sport bar food,great variety and well thought out menu options.Saturday 11-11 the hotel hosted a local craft brew fest, excellent, variety of beer,not over crowded, great time a must do for next year.Compliments to the hotel management, maid staff,front desk staff, chef and the list goes on.This hotel knows how to do everything right.
