Nicely appointed and well staffed low rise hotel. Was here for a conference and all went smoothly. The proximity to the rail station (complementary van to/from the station) is both a blessing and a curse. It is so near you WILL hear the train noise. They provided ear plugs and even an electric box fan to help cover up the sound. The box fan was quite effective, if a bit silly when it's close to freezing outside. I expect most any hotel in the vicinity is going to have this issue. Note: Not easy to walk to nearby dining because of major intersections, but Uber or shuttle can get you to several choices.

We have stayed at this hotel many times on our trips to Denver and we have had great service and a good stay!! With regards to our last stay I would like to identify what I mean by good service. I had gone to a Hilton Grand Vacations presentation and was given a "spend a night on us" coupon for $100. I tried to use it at this hotel, as the man at the presentation told us to just present it to the hotel on your next stay. Well....there was a further process of sending in the "coupon" ,etc. and Lee Arqan and Kevin were at the front desk and went out of their way to help me decipher what I as to do to get the $100. They made copies of the document and Lee even filled out an envelope with the address, where I was to send the copy of our bill. They could not have been nicer!! On top of good service.....we experienced a nice size, CLEAN, room and acomfortable king sized bed. We highly recommend this great hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights this fall and were very impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful (and gave us free warm cookies!!). The location was perfect. It was enough outside of downtown to escape the noise, but close enough for easy in and out access to any of the great things Denver has to offer. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated, We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great value, and we will definitely be back.

So upon arrival I was a bit skeptical about the area and outside appearance. However upon entry this is a really nice hotel. The rooms look fairly new and were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had a chance to grab the breakfast buffet and it was one of the better ones I’ve had at any hotel. There is train noise but it really isn’t that bad. The hotel even is very courteous about and left a nice note with ear plugs for those that are light sleepers. I’d certainly stay here again.

Just back from our trip to Denver, we were in town for the wkd for the Broncos vs patriots game, and it was our first trip to the city. There were a few negative reviews about this hotel, but mostly about the "noise" from the train that passes close by.
First off, it's a great location...a bit outside of downtown, but easy acces to the train and a $5 day pass gets you downtown and back. They also have a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at Central park station, and teh staff that drive the shuttle are both friendly and accomodating, every one of them went above and beyond to make us happy with great service.
The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are bright and clean as are the hallways, any interaction with cleaning staff was friendly and courteous. As for the train noise...our room faced the tracks, and the only time we heard the train was when we were awake...the situation will be resolved when the city fixes teh crossings, so it's a temporary issue.
Perhaps if you are a light sleeper you may have a valid complaint, but to give the hotel a bad review for something that is completely out of their control is unfair and a crock of.....
Here's a thought...if you're a light sleeper. don't book a hotel near train tracks ???
The check in staff are both friendly and knowledgable, and every guest recieves a complimentary chocolate chip cookie and water.
Big shout out to all the friendly staff, for making our stay a friendly and enjoyable one....we'll be back !!!
