Easy access, reasonable price and features, staff was attentive and helpful.good food quality and options. Fitness center is well equipped for a hotel. Minimal selection in the hotel store and the lobby Starbucks is a nice feature but it does close early.

Don’t expect much. This is a clean enough hotel, but the service is questionable and the food is inedible... if you can get the attention of the servers in the restaurant. The convenient location saves the day here.

I booked a room, but for the wrong month. My mistake. I realized my mistake after free cancellation period had already expired. I called the hotel, explained my mistake and they switched it to the correct month and did not charge me a cancellation fee. This took awhile and I want to thank the staff. THANK YOU.

Chose this hotel because of proximity to airport. 5 minute or less shuttle ride to departure gates. Rooms were adequate and clean. staff was nice. As usual the cookies are warm and good. Front desk was prompt and nice.

I use this hotel when I have an early morning flight. The rooms in the main building are nicer than the outside rooms. I have stayed in both, and I prefer the main building’s rooms. In the main building, there is absolutely no airplane noise. In the outside rooms, you can hear an airplane from time to time. The hotel is literally right by the airport, so it is amazing how quiet this hotel is. The hotel has a shuttle that runs 24hrs and It takes you to the airport. The cable is not HD, so this is a little odd nowadays. The fitness room is really nice with cardio machines and weights. The restaurant onsite is okay. There are no other eating options close by, so the restaurant comes in handy if you don’t have a car. The warm cookies that they give you at Check-in are a nice welcome gesture.
