Stayed at this property for three nights while visiting southern Nevada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Check in was easy, plus the cookie. The room was very comfortable, a little noisy, but I slept with the window open, so mostly my fault. The bed was very, very comfortable, bathroom was spotless, and the wifi worked great. Add easy access to the freeway and the McCarran Rental Car Center, and this place is a no-brainer to stay at. I can't comment on the restaurant or fitness center, as I didn't use them. I visit Las Vegas frequently, and this is my go to hotel from now on.

This was my first stay here and even though this is right around the corner from the office, I am not sure that I will stay here again. My room was clean but the staff was not the friendliest. I also did not appreciate being woken up at 5 am from the garbage pick-up.

We had a very nice stay here. I was hesitant to stay off the strip, but since there was a shuttle to the strip, I thought I’d give it a try. Most of the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, offering water and cookies on the way. The front desk staff was great as well. The folks at the restaurant, though, weren’t up to the standard of the rest of the staff. My boyfriend never got his food before he had to leave for a meeting, but they brought the check anyway. They also were a bit slow to seat folks, even though they weren’t very busy. The room was spacious and clean. Being off the strip I expected it to be quiet, but since it’s next to the freeway, we got a lot of noise from big trucks. I’m undecided if I’d stay here again, only because the shuttle to the strip only runs every 2 hours. That didn’t always work out with the schedule. A taxi to or from the strip is $20+. Uber is less. The airport shuttle leaves every ½ hour, so that works out well. It was nice not to have to get a taxi to the airport.

It was fine except for lunch dining. Wait staff was not good. Not all menu items were available.
Front desk staff at check in was less then desirable.
Bar tender was excellent and he also doubled as the dinning room waiter!

This hotel staff is friendly, helpful, professional. The room was clean and comfort. The best breakfast selection with a relaxing atmosphere. Down the road from the rental car return and convenient to all the main highways.
