They greeted you with a warm and engaging smile, everyone that you encountered were professional and professionally dressed, courteous and extremely helpful. They all had the best smiles from the AM Team all the way to the PM and late night Team Members! Great Job and we will definitely be staying again when we are in the area, as well as seeking out other Double Tree locations in our travels.
CASL 2017 Soccer Tournament
cocoamom0316on 18/11/2017 15:00Great place! All staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to have a hot restaurant breakfast before an early soccer game. No problems when we requested a late check out after our game so we could clean up before heading to the airport. Made for a nice stay in Rocky Mount!
Excellence in Customer Service - Mr. Reginald Rocks!
807marionwon 18/11/2017 02:30I have been a Hilton Honors member for quite some time but don't regularly stay at DoubleTree hotels. I am so glad I did! Upon checking into the hotel this evening, I spoke to Reginald at the front desk about a concern I had. He was extremely professional, courteous, and most of all took immediate action to remedy and resolve my concern. The property is lovely, very clean, and modern. I am so happy that Reginald checked me in. I believe in loyalty to a brand and with AMAZING personnel like Reginald and Devon at this hotel, I will make this location my favorite place because of the indelible impression both of these gentleman left on me and my mother. I have high standards because as a consumer I know I have many options and brands to choose from. Choose the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rocky Mount because Mr. Reginald Rocks!!!!

kristen28460on 15/11/2017 20:43I was very impressed with this hotel. I am very particular with clean hotels and overall this hotel was very clean and neat. Also, very quiet, beds were comfortable, and it was a great stay! I stay in hotels often and this was one of the better ones. Highly recommend.

Wade Ron 08/11/2017 20:03Tried the doubletree, not really sure why but I was glad I did. The front staff guy was outstanding, parking was easy and the hotel was QUIET! there is a restaurant attached to the hotel, location is close to the interstate and zero complaints. Will stay here again, best sleep in a while.
