The room was too hot and we were unable to turn the room temperature down so had a very restless nights sleep...Good quality duvet and the extra pillows we pre ordered were waiting for us..could do with extra milk for the coffee ..loved the welcome cookies

Stayed as part of a business trip and chose this hotel due to its location and convenience to business. Located adjacent to Victoria station makes this a great central London location within walking distance to a host of businesses, services and attractions. A smart clean and efficient hotel. Great clean rooms, friendly staff, good service, food and amenities. couldn't fault. Will be returning.

The bed was not only put in the corner so you have to climb over your partner, the beds are also very small! So we upgraded the room was lived out, the staff was smoking illegal substance right next to the entrance !! And that seems to be normal at the Hilton as the Chef cook was smoking the same substance ! So do not take little kids to this hotel!

Nice hotel with great location next to Victoria station. Especially if you arrive with Gatwick Express. The breakfast is ok, but the dining-room very crowded. Last-time wifi was only available in the lobby but now it worked perferctly in the rooms. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will most likely come back.

Booked triple room. Brilliant location and service. Breakfast was lovely, busy but to he expected on a Sunday morning. Staff were very friendly. Only negative was that we booked a triple room and the room appeared to be a double with a small camp bed squeezed into the corner. Would be fine for a child but a bit small for an adult. Apart from that we loved the hotel.
