Someone text before arrival to help with room and nearby location questions. They were helpful and responded to questions quickly. The location was good. Hotel was clean and update. Overall great service hotel.

Enjoyed my one night business stay. A little on the pricey side at $285 with fees but parking was free, breakfast free with honors gold and of course those yummy cookies. Room on 7th floor was supposed to be an Honors floor but I didn't notice anything special, usually you receive extra amenities and better coffee. Bed was comfy but room was on the smaller side, was able to open window but that does increase the noise level being off the 5. Service was excellent, everything was clean. Ideal place to stay if you are going to the outlets next door, central location between LA and Disneyland. All in all a very nice stay, just a little pricey....

Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. It is on the property of as outlet mall which made parking a challenge but it was nice to have the shopping and restaurants available. Overall a good experience.

Went for the world series and the hotel was excellent, great staff and the hotel was next to a huge mall you can walk to. About 20 min from Dodger stadium,they upgraded me to a suite when my room was not ready.

First we were going to stay somewhere else. Our minds changed last minute. We were very glad that they did. Very nice, quaint, and very clean. Close to the event we were going to. Impressed with the staff and enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend this Hotel and will use again.
