I arrived not knowing if I could leave my vehicle for two nights and use the shuttle to and from the airport. The desk personnel made it happen and it was very easy. The shuttle driver's were the best.

Very professional surroundings.I do no travel a lot so the bus charter was new to me but a great help.Staff at the desk was great,was also a huge help when I first called on the phone.Bar staff was nice,food was good.The overnight parking for two nights was also a major help.I went to visit my daughter who lives near Washington DC so i took the charter bus to and from Pittsburgh International .Charter staff both times was great.

This is a great hotel with all of the amenities required for an overnight while in transit. Pool, hot tub, and gym were all good. The room was comfortable and clean, though the bathroom was very small. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Big plus to this hotel was the restaurant! Awesome staff, great food.

Closet door fell off during our stay, bathroom tiny, tub was all chipped up and was not clean, in room complimentary water bottle was open. Refrigerator was not in cabinet where it should have been, we plugged it in and it leaked everywhere and ruined our leftover dinner and waters by making them freeze solid. Needs updating. Lot of college kids in bar that were rowdy.

Great to stay over if you have an early flight. Rooms all air conditioned comfortable and with free WiFi couldn't wait t more. Friendly bar staff and excellent bar meals. If your English I recommend asking for e little less cheese on your loaded nacho's you do get quite a load!
