Room very clean. Staff were very polite & saw to all my needs in timely manner. Would defiantly stay there again. It was located in a very central area with many things to do including shopping & eating.

The purpose of the trip was to visit with family. The Doubletree was located where there are other businesses nearby as well as close to where my family lives. I am a Hilton Honors member and the process from making my reservation to checking out was made very simple and easy. I was able to check in the day before arriving and select my room. Everyone we encountered from arrival to departure was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only meal eaten here and the selection of items on the buffet was excellent. We even ordered an omelette that was made to order.

Rooms are always above standard in cleanliness, staff is informed, proactive, and friendly. Security on site and visible. GREAT location. Plenty of restaurants close by, but the hotel restaurant has good food right on site.

I stayed here overnight for a meeting that I was attending the next day. Friendly staff, nice, comfortable room and very nice accommodations for the meeting. It is close to the mall, other shopping and eateries.

This hotel is a bit shabby in need of an update. That in itself is not an issue. Service is incredibly lacking. Our room was not cleaned on the first 2 nights of our stay. When housekeeping came they asked “do you want me to clean the whole room?” There are some true gems on the staff, Sarah (front desk) Heather (lounge). Housekeeping supervisor was rude and dismissive. We did not have in room menus available either. Cleanliness in common areas needs to be stepped up dramatically. Doubtful, I will rebook.
