The Double tree hotel in Santa Ana is a great hotel to stay when traveling to OC, whether its for business or pleasure. Centrally located, with access to main freeways, especially SNA airport. Its clos to the South Coast Plaza mall, with many local restaurants, and shop in and around the mall. Including the Pacific Symphony and other theaters. Staff is very incredibly friendly, above all professional.

Moving from one county to another, this hotel made our difficult move so much easier. The valet staff went beyond the call of duty to accommodate our difficult needs. The wait staff in the restaurant were just as awesome. Kind and accommodating. They made us feel relaxed and welcome. Most definitely a positive experience. Thank you

There’s no fan/vent in the bathroom. This is a huge turn off for me. It would be nice if the AC was really worked like AC instead of the fan. The room needs to be updated and bathroom shower head was not working too well. Pillows are not comfortable at all.

Nice hotel. Good location. Very quiet. Stayed here for a visit with friends and a one day trip to Disneyland. Great room for the price. Long weekender deal makes the extra night totally worth the cost.

Room was very small and had a strong odor of mildew it was so small your knees could almost touch the tv console. The carpet is old the sofa in the room was stained and smelled. I will never stay here again! Very disappointed
