Rooms were excellent! Service was ok. They weren't friendly but not necessarily rude either. Price was ok, I wish they would have included continental breakfast at that price! Have to pay extra for that. BEDs were SUPER comfy and rooms and hotel were very clean. Beautiful hotel.

Upon entering the lobby it felt like the hotel was brand new and clean. We were very satisfied with our room, and unlike what other reviews say, there were no carpet stains, etc of the like. The bed was also super comfortable. It would have been nice to have bfast included, but I would much rather stay here with no free meal than lower my standards by staying elsewhere where that is offered. Will definitely continue to stay at this hotel whenever I visit the area.

I was surprised at the poor overall condition of the hotel; didn't expect that from a Doubletree. One [of two] elevator permanently out of service; unwashed floor in the working lift; generally a tired feel to the place. By contrast, the staff were delightful, helpful, courteous, solicitous -- that was front desk, restaurant/bar, cleaning, all across the board.

I really like DoubleTree hotels, and this one had a great rate for our visit to family in Leesburg. The decor was all up to par, so our surroundings felt comfortable. There’s a lovely patio that I wish we’d had the weather to sit on. But little details were lacking. Common area floors were sometimes dirty, the espresso machine in the executive lounge was broken, and bizarrely, there are no towel rods in the bathroom. Strangest of all to me, though, is that the signature cookies weren’t baked right - they were hard! These are all small issues, of course, so by all means stay there if the price is right. I just hope they step up their game. (With the exception of Pafet the waiter. He rocks!)

I travel for my work and I stay at this hotel often. The entire staff is very hands on, including the GM. Also the food from the restaurant is very good. Compliments to Chef, the bartenders, Elizabeth in Banquets and entire front desk staff.
