Had a 2 room suite (1715) with a nice view of the American Falls, Skylon Tower and the Skywheel. Enjoyed our 2 night stay, beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. I was especially impressed with the night manager who made sure to pass on our reason for needing new sheets on the sofa bed to housekeeping (son has food allergies) also appreciated his upgrading our free wifi which came in handy when it poured rain on our 2nd night and stayed in to watch Netflix. Pool was clean with plenty of towels; we even enjoyed our dinner at Buchanan’s the first night, service was great (Anastasia) and food was quite tasty.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the breakfast buffet, potatoes were lukewarm as was the bacon and sausage, thankfully there was an omelet station. Overall great stay just not the breakfast.

Hotel is very clean. Prices are reasonable the staff are great. The cleaning staff are amassing. The hotel location is only a short walk to the casino the falls and other places to eat and stay.Very good hotel for a mini vac.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and service has always been excellent. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating, at the time we checked in we didn't need a parking pass - we ended up renting a car locally and a pass was required. We got back to the hotel after a long day and was given a parking pass instantly. NP

Loved having a suite to catch up with my girlfriends while having a snack and beverages. Then later we were close to the casino for a night of dancing. Gotta love those warm cookies too when you arrive or anytime you want one.

I stayed here with my partner. The room with a view of the falls, warm cookie at check-in (she loves cookies), spa on-site, 2 person jacuzzi in the room, king size bed, non-smoking room, coffee maker and fridge in room, and lots of dinner restaurant options within walking distance all checked the boxes of what I was looking for to treat her to a great birthday.
I checked in early and thankfully so. The original room had been smoked in - I know the hotel cannot control what guests do once they're in the room. They immediately moved me to another room. The cookies were warm. And if you are a cookie connoisseur as my partner is she will tell you they are perfect! The perfect combination of crunch and moist with the perfect amount of chocolate chips. We learned the cookies are made on-site in the restaurant Buchanans fresh every morning. And they are kept warm at the front desk until you check-in!
The room was comfortable. The view was SPECTACULAR!! The bed was the right combination of hard and soft. The jacuzzi was perfect - exactly what we wanted on a cold night to relax and the 15 minute timer on the jets was just perfect. The shower is a little small and claustrophobic but the shower head makes up for it.
The guest services team takes such good care of you. What a great staff!! Thank you.
While checking in we learned from other guests there was a wedding taking place (attendees of the wedding - and a wedding of almost 300 people). In a lot of other hotels that can be problematic with late night noise/party issues. Not the case here. We had no idea and slept soundly through the night.
The fireplace in the lobby creates a warm and inviting space that you want to hang out in.
The spa staff is gracious and took great care of my partner for her treatment.
All around this is my favourite hotel in Niagara Falls because of the intimate setting it provides.
