I spent three days at this hotel for a business conference. I've stayed at this hotel once before and enjoyed most aspects of this hotel. This trip was a little bit different. First of all, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, in my opinion. The conference rooms are always spacious, with staff accommodating for anything we may need. The hotel offers a bar, in addition to a lounge area in the lobby of the hotel. My check-in process was different than the norm because my company was paying for our hotels. However, the staff was friendly and helpful during the entire process, at both check-in and check-out. My room was clean, with heat and a/c working well. I utilized the Wifi (complimentary) of the hotel. This was suitable for my needs. I also enjoyed the television and iron and ironing board in my room. The bathroom was clean, and towels were suitable (although they could always be softer). The trouble came with the lounge attendant/bartender. The first night of our stay, we planned on visiting the bar, Visions, that is in the hotel. However, our company got back from dinner too late, and we had to move ourselves to the lounge in the lobby. The bartender seemed perturbed and inconvenienced that we were there. She seemed angry that she was even working. I understand that people all have their personal issues going on, no matter what. But we were there, spending money, leaving her a tip - and that tip was going to reflect her level of customer service and happiness to help. We also ran into an issue with the elevators. On the first day we were there, one of the elevators stopped working and wasn't fixed in the time we were there, which was three days. With a business conference of about 1,000 people, waiting on the elevator became a big hassle. I waited on an elevator at least 5 minutes each time I called one. All in all, this hotel served the purpose for the time. As I said, I have stayed at this hotel before, and I have enjoyed it both times. I will be back for the next conference. I will also be back because it's a Hilton hotel, and Hilton always strives to be a great experience.

This is a nice hotel that has seen better times. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice unless you get one next to the elevator. Stay away from them. It’s extremely noisy with the elevator constantly binging, people being loud, and in addition you have the ice maker adding to the annoying entertainment. There are no vegan options at the restaurant! My conclusion, it’s too expensive for what you get.

I stayed for two nights and three days for a conference held at this location. The accommodations were nice, however, they do not offer a continental breakfast and food at the restaurant/café was pricey. The food provided at the conference was TERRIBLE, it was soggy and salty! The room was spacious, clean and the staff, professional, courteous, and helpful. You can tell that they have attempted upgrades, however, the lighting is very poor. You're either bathed in this orange glow or extreme fluorescents. I did enjoy my stay, would recommend and would stay again.

The staff was fantastic from beginning to end. We were greeted with smiles, professional service and offers to help us with any need. They recommended the great food at the hotel restaurant or bar, and they were right. My parents and I were part of a larger group and we had a great experience at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed there last weekend. Everyone was frieand professional. Breakfast and dinner were great. The dining room staff were super friendly very helpful. The yound lady who checked us in was also very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our stay
