Hotel is poorly maintained - elevators were out all weekend and the hotel was 100% booked for four wedding groups. The property is tired, outdated and poorly maintained. Don't stay here if you expect Hilton quality.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at the ocean institute. Great location. The room smelled funny, but was clean. Service was great. The restaurant was closed for renovation so they offered free continental breakfast which was nice of them, although we didn't wake up in time!

No jet tub. Toilet not working. Locked out of the room. No communications. 2 elevators, very slow. Not much of a hotel. The room was not expected, with the ocean view, the train noise, palm trees, small swimming pool. Slow Internet. The door chain was an danger, not safe, hard to put it in, and of course, very difficult to get it out. We didn't use it, since we do not want to be trapped

Exceptional value, wonderful staff, close to beach, breathtaking view. 2 queen beds with a shared patio. Heated outdoor pool. Rooftop bar. Parking options of valet or self. Fitness center with filtered water station.

Everyone was so helpful and polite..service was perfect and we all had a wonderful time staying so close to beach and many things to take in at Southern Calif...Thank you for great time..we will visit again
