Great Service and Wonderful Staff
lucianocQ3058SVon 20/11/2017 09:36The Staff at the hotel made my stay that much more pleasant. The woman at the breakfast bar were so nice and helpful. The Rooms were so peaceful, comfortable, and very accommodating with the living room space. All for a great price.

I would stay at the Double Tree again next time I am in Huntsville on business. The Managers Reception on Tuesday was a nice touch. Not just chips and beer...but delicious hot finger food!

Spencer1952on 13/11/2017 00:38Walking in the lobby is spacious and bright. Everyone at the desk was pleasant.
Our room was needing a GOOD cleaning. The lamp base on desk you could write your name in. Then there is the dirty sock from another guest and the dirty and I mean dirty bathroom floor. I had spilled some water in the bathroom and used the bath mat to soak it up and boy was I surprised at how filthy that white mat was afterwards. The carpet was in need of a good cleaning and it had places where the pile had pulled. Some of the walls were in need of painting. When we got back to the room later in the day there was no sprucing up and no clean towels. Had to request clean towels.
I was very disappointed and felt like this Doubletree was below standards of many of the others I've stayed in. Would not recommend or go back.

jessicajM6109PSon 04/11/2017 15:53Room was large - well appointed - Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Due to some construction on main road, it was a bit challenging to figure out, once we did - we were fine. Great location to several things.

lila gon 31/10/2017 20:50Very nice accommodations and friendly, helpful staff. Extra large living area separated from bedroom by French doors. Comfortable bed and pillows. Have stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.
