I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. An excellent place and believe me you are gonna fall in love with this hotel. It is not easy to rate a hotel excellent as it has various factors, individual liking and mainly personal liking to the facilities provided. For me the main attractions were Value for money, courteous staff who are ready to help you 24/7, sumptuous food, cleanliness and room area. My sincere thanks to Mr.Sunil, Mr.Parvez(front desk staff) and the restaurant manager.
You need improvements in cleanliness at the small lobby area, now and then cleaning may be required, as lot of people/ everyone walk in and out through this space. Bedding is not a luxury one. Thank you.

With a cute little reception and a Buddha inspired theme all over, this place has a great vibe. Amazing amenities, polite staff and awesome breakfast spread.
A cosy room, with a separate bath room and toilet and sink.
If you are heading to Bombay for work and wish to come back to have a good nights sleep, Dragonfly should be your first choice.

A good clean hotel with comfortable beds. Little cramped up though but just enough to rest. Food is ok. Staff ok. Wouldn't help us get a cab. WiFi wasn't good though. Clean toilet but lil cramped. Shower was good though. About 10mins from the international airport and 15mins from domestic.

If you guys are planning for any company, family or small party buffet at this hotel. Believe me guys you will regret. The staff in this hotel does not value their customers and are perfect liar and cheats.
I had been to this hotel yesterday afternoon for a final booking of buffet dinner for my family. Together we were 15 people. It's was my daughter's birthday. We had selected the menu and paid advance of 2K. Time was decided from 7.30pm to 11.00pm.
Around 4.00pm we got the call from SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) asking us to change few food items and we agreed. Later on another call from SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) he wanted us to leave before 10.30pm when it was already decided that we can stay till 11pm. We still didn't argue on this and around 5pm we went to drop birthday cake to the hotel. We thought of talking to the SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) who did the booking and asked receptionist to call him. After waiting for nearly 15-20 mins he didn't turn in. We were leaving hotel but saw that our expensive birthday cake was lying around outside. My wife went to the hotel kitchen and asked someone to keep cake in fridge. While she was doing this SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) came in. I parked my bike and went to speak to him but he was still arguing on timings and food items. We decided to withdraw the party even when we were so close to the timings. Self respect and promise is more important than anything. SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) didn't even bother to convince us when we canceled the booking. It is an evidence that they don't value customers and don't want business. I had to redirect my people to my home for the party. Last minute i didn't had enough time to go for another hotel. Cursed myself why i did any dealing with this hotel. I felt really ashamed to divert my people and change plans. NEVER AGAIN I WOULD PREFER DRAGONFLY COCOON HOTEL IN MY LIFE. ALSO WOULD URGE U GUYS TO DO THE SAME.

Near International airport and prime location to have facilities of moving towards all directions in Mumbai, this place has an added advantage of fair price and decent rooms. Enjoyed my night stay here. Hotel is on main road and easy to locate.
