We visited this place with group of colleagues at office with around 23 members on 4-Nov-17. We got a group package deal around Rs. 900 which included access to water park/pool from 11am till 5pm and a ground to have our team activity along with a buffet lunch and high tea. This is a total value for money place whether you are with friends or your family. The management is awesome. Our group tried water slides and enjoyed it to the core. They came out only around 2pm to have lunch. The food quality was much better compared to other resorts however the spread was not great as such. I believe the quality of food overshadowed the buffet spread. Post lunch we headed for an open ground to enjoy our fun activities and games. The property is full of trees and grass laden space which just makes one feel comfortable moving around places. They have many activities for kids apart from horse riding which is for kids and adult both at an affordable price. I am a fan of tea but hardly get good tea around in Hyderabad. The tea prepared by this resort was amazingly good and I could not resist having it twice.
They have stay options which includes access to water park as well breakfast. You might opt for a dinner and lunch buffet option as well. The rooms are quite clean with Air conditioner and scattered around property that’s another plus point. I would suggest do not go for buffet food option with room and instead go for ala carte from restaurant at your time. One can see the beautiful sky at night with all the stars visible due to absence of city lights around. Imaging you sleeping on the grass and gazing at the wonderful sky. I don’t think many of city dwellers like us would have such an option.
Go and grab your bookings. Oct to Jan end are the best time to visit this place.

We are on a day trip to the place and is a good place which is between the green fields. Everyone enjoyed water games which is the main attraction.For sure kids will enjoy the water games. Swimming pool is little smaller than expected.We get swimming costume for minimum rent. Only one cricket ground so have to wait if its occupied by others. Food is average.

Well it's a beautiful resort with lots of greenery.. so many mango and other trees where you can so many birds and their nests. It was treat for the eyes while going for early morning walk.
Rooms are decent. Few rooms have private swimming pool as well however you need to pay high for those rooms.
The other attraction of this resort is the water slides. They have some water play area for kids as well. My lil daughter enjoyed a lot which made our trip memorable. However their swimming pool was not very clean and water was very much chlorinated.
The other drawback of this resort is the food arrangement. They have very slow service. We waited for almost more than an hour for food. It was good in taste though. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Overall you can have nice time.

While the resort is good, well maintained, food is bakwas no 1 ghatiya food. We ordered atleast 10 different dishes none of them were atleast capable eating the second bite. All the ordered items were just thrown into garbage and my daughter of 5 years have just thrown it away and slept empty stomach.

The resort is good in terms of service and water games. We had break fast and lunch, few of the dishes are good here. If you are pre-booking, I would recommend to have the terms spoken very clearly to the sales person, else when you visit the resort, it will get really uncomfortable. For instance, as the sale person said that the breakfast is included and there were 2 Jains who came with us. They generally don't take outside food until its a pure veg. The sale person said outside food is not allowed, but stated their GM is also Jain, so he will arrange separate food for them to be served. But unfortunately they were not served and the sales person who committed to this did not even pick the phone call. The guest has to starve until we left the resort. And the breakfast tough was included, they rejected it and I had to contact the main office to get it served at an extra cost. Had a bitter experience.
