Nice room with comfortable beds and amazing gulf view. Toilet was "toddler" size. Curtains were in really bad shape, with some tears and dirty. Elevators were slow and in need of maintenance. Floor tiles were in need of repair.

Though this hotel is not directly on the "famous" beach, it is still a good location and easy walking distance to "the strip". They have a nice private beach and ample lounge chairs, very friendly staff and comfortable beds.
BUT SLOW WiFi in the room and Impossibly Slow elevators. The entire facility needs some major updates (more than just cosmetic).

Positive things: Clean room. Very friendly staff. $25 amenity fee pays for beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and parking.
Negatives: Small beach. Long walk to main beach via road. Tiny toilets (our ran intermittently all night). No late checkout. AC is loud. Towels are so-so/crunchy. View is of intercostal, not gulf. $20 room upgrade fee.

Nice and clean room, good location. Limited beach and their is only one ice machine on the 4th floor. Also, they have some rule about bringing outside drinks on the property, we were poolside when a worker changed my McDonalds cup to clear plastic.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Hotel this past Sunday arrived late at night and exhausted,
The young man at the desk Nick was great, his customer service is Superior, rooms are clean with a great shower to boot and will be definitely re booking soon.
