i walked in the staff was attentive and quick, few formalities ensuring our safety plus the rooms are very comfortable and the food is extremely delicious of the hotel.
complaints are well heard and actions are quickly taken upon.

The rooms are quite large and maintained just fine. Management can spend sometime in maintaining the hotel in better manner. The place is undoubtedly huge but is growing old due to non maintenance of some areas in hotel.
There is no swimming pool in this one. Food is good and there are at least three grounds for different functions and ceremonies.

The Hotel is situated on main Moradabad Delhi Highway and quite near to Moradabad Railway station with public conveyance like auto etc available on main road.
The place is quite big and in fact 3 marriage can be performed quite easily.
The outside look and main entrance is quite attractive. The rooms are also quite big with lift facility.
However it is very poorly maintained.Many of the room on ground floor are having leakage in the walls and bathroom lines are also choked.
It is ok to organise for parties but not good one for staying

We have been staying here on overnight business trips for a year now but my last visit was a few days ago and it was a disaster. this hotel has become worse ...Sheets were not clean, chairs are cracking , furniture was dirty, phone was not working so I had to dial the reception from my mobile phone, the tv display was very bad , mosquitoes in the room. Most horrible experience this time..will not come back to this hotel now..

This hotel is very impressive on first entering with beautiful large foyer and furniture. Rooms - or at least double rooms very large and comfortable but peeling wallpaper just hanging off...
Our friends had a twin room with damp outside from leaking pipe and beetles coming under door...
