Nicely decorated overall. First time ever we had good sleep in hotel on a first night!
Breakfast nice, enought choices of food. Staff friendly and kidly agreed to change our booking almost last minute.

Malia is far from being a postcard Cretan town. It’s an horrible resort dedicated to parties. So finding a gem like Drossia Palm in the middle of this city was really unexepected.
The hotel is immaculate. We were there for the last day of the season and the place looks completely deserted. The hotel was empty and very kindly they upgraded us to a brand new magnificient suite. The room and its balconies are very nicely decorated. We had no electricity and therefore no wifi in the morning but all Malia was in the same situation. If you want to book this hotel ask for Palm suite.

We were staying in another hotel and were very unhappy, we were talking to Brad from The Red Lion how we were thinking of going home when he told us to try the Drossia Palms hotel. We walked in and was met by a lovely lady Sophia who was very accommodating and showed us 2 rooms one at the Drossia and one at their sister hotel Nisos beach hotel across the rd on the beach, Omg we were in heaven we chose the Nisos one it was stunning everything you needed was in the room, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels, it was spotless and it was right on the beach, the only problem i found was there was a little window with a blind which let the light shine through so the room was quite light when you wanted to go to sleep so maybe a curtain would help, that's just me as i like complete darkness when going to sleep. We used the beach most days which we found to be very clean and the staff were amazing, excellent food and drinks, sunbeds were great especially the four poster beds great little touch, although for people staying at these hotels maybe could of been done at a slightly cheaper rate as it was open for everyone to use. All in all a fantastic stay so a big thank you to Sophia for saving our holiday which we were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, would definitely recommend and would love to return an absolute gem of a place.

The Drossia Palms is located right between the strip and the beach but is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds (day beds, sofas and standard sun beds). We weren't particularly early risers but never struggled to get a bed, there was often only one or two families around the pool which was great. The pool bar serves lovely food (and drinks) and was good value for money. We had two rooms and both of them had balconies and were nicely furnished. Again the rooms were very quiet and we never heard any noise from the strip. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Drossia for anyone who enjoys a goodnight life but appreciates peace and quiet!

This place is amazing. First impressions mean a lot and ours was fantastic. We met Sophia at reception and straight away she was friendly and helpful. We stayed at the apartments at the beach away from the main hotel. Sophia walked us to our room giving us information about the area.
Once we got to our room and opened the door i turned to my partner and said waow. The room was huge, spotless and smelt amazing. The room was very modern and then that view.
We had a seaview room with spa on the balcony which sophia had heated and put herbs in for our arrival. The balcony is large and again the view is awesome.
I can't recommend this place enough. If i ever return here this will be the place for me.
