Hotel was very run down. This hotel does not live up to what I thought was a Hilton Standard. The only parts that were nice are what the general public would see. During my stay several major things happened that could (maybe) not have been avoided. Water main broke, power went out, tv service was horrible. The bad part was the hotel never acknowledged to their guests. Woke up to go to work and found out I had no water to be able to shower or use the restroom. No microwave in room, website said they did. Hilton website states this is a Napa Valley hotel, while technically it is in Napa County, please do not confuse this with the quality of a Napa Valley hotel and spa. While the entrance and restaurant looked very nice, the rest of the hotel quality was not Napa quality. Carpets were frayed, inside carpeted stairways were not vacuumed during my entire 2 weeks stay. I attempted to walk around the same dirt clods every night. My room was made up every day, but was not vacuumed, unfortunately I tracked dirt in after a rainy night and the dirt stayed for the rest of my stay. Had I not have been working 15+ hours days and only needed a bed to crash in, I would have definitely changed hotels. This is not a resort to relax at, this is a safe place to rest your head for a couple of hours hotel.

I always choose Hilton when I travel for the experience and cleanliness of their hotels, and this one did not disappoint. The rooms are bigger than we expected, internet service was adequate, room service was prompt and proximity to several highways was more than convenient. I was able to reserve a specific room and check-in all from the Hilton app. This site also offers digital keys so that are able to open your room and the amenities with you cell phone. Great overall experience and would definitely stay here again.

This Doubletree felt tired. The staff were inexperienced. The linens were dingy and the towels were thin. The location is on a very busy strip. Overall we stayed because we were attending a wedding at the nearby resort but would not plan to stay here again.

Huge rooms, sparsely furnished with underwhelming décor. Not the most comfortable beds, and just an odd property. Never have we EVER been in a hotel in the US that had a squeaky floor. The damnedest thing! AND the maniac super sonic toilet flusher. WTH? Seriously the floor thing....they need to get someone in there with a nail gun and stop the insanity.
Cool outdoor area, and nice staff. Location is good for a Napa trip - not amazing...but close enough. Next time we will stay closer as the 15 minute drive didn't provide a discount or anything of value. Honestly it was weird - but not revolting.

Room was run down and dingy. Grounds looked unkempt. THe security door to get into the building of rooms was never locked nor was the door able to close all the way. Next time we will stay at the Marriott next door.
