Keith, our tour guide for the day, was all smiles when he picked us up at 6:00am for this full-day excursion. His delightful personality, wacky sense of humor and wealth of knowledge about the the history of the islands - and Pearl Harbor, in particular, made for a fun, interesting and informative day from start to finish. The battle ship memorials were very emotionally moving and our tour of the Pacific Aviation Museum (tour hosted by the very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide, Laughlin) offered an amazing look back at some of the history preceding and during WWII. We spent 10 days on Oahu and this was, by far, the best day of our stay - Highly recommended!!

We weren’t looking forward to the 5.50am pick up but boy were we glad we did this trip! Cousin A was brilliantly amusing, informative and entertaining! We were carefully and respectfully shepherded along the many stops with only one Hula penalty for disobeying the conch! Great day out and Pearl Harbor so thought provoking.

When my hubby booked this trip I was a little concerned that it was for a full day (picked up at 6am) as we have two kids (aged 8 & 10 at the time). I thought it would be way too long for them and boring. How wrong I was! Keith, our guide, was absolutely amazing. A very personable guy, with entertaining stories and a lot of knowledge.
When we reached Pearl Harbour Keith explained everything that was going to happen that day, timings, where to go etc. and it was all awesome. The museum, the film, the submarine, everything. It really did take until 4pm to do everything, but it went so fast and the kids loved it. An awesome day. Can't recommend this enough.

I pondered whether to give a 4 or 5 vote only because a hot dog or bowl if soup is not a light lunch in my book (I had a bit of a chuckle).
So in the end I overlooked this insignificant issue and gave 5. I have wanyed to go to Pearl Harbour for years and thanks to the driver's good humour and professionalism, my experience was excellent.

Did battleships of ww2 via discover hawaii tours. Nancie was our guide and she was great. She was informative and accommodating. Picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at cruise port. The tour was great. Pearl Harbor is a must see for everyone. I highly recommend Nancie through Discover Hawaii Tours.
