We stayed at the princess enroute back to Bangkok from a trip around Isaan.
The hotel looked like the nicest in the area I could see.
Staff were friendly, most speak English and the breakfast was a buffet which was very good.
The most enjoyable was their pool because it was a hot April day on the afternoon we arrived.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. Room was clean and comfortable, spacious with appropriate amenities. Wifi was ok.
Staff were great. Breakfast was also good, but can become crowded especially at weekends with functions.
The hotel appears central but it's not. It's quite a distance from central and T21, definitely not walking distance.

Great staff for all function, Great breakfast line we are really enjoy the breakfast. Old but well maintenance, clean room, big bed. It's as suitably as to be Dusit group standard. Definitely worth the price.

We booked The Dusit Princess as a last-minute option for a three day family getaway and I reckon it was a good choice overall.
Location : Perfect for us as it is near the centre of Korat (5 minute drive), next door to the local market and a really nice terraced eating / drinking area where all kinds of food is available (all pretty good and excellent value).
Room : Standard deluxe was a reasonable size (not huge) but well good enough. Bed was very comfy and big enough for us and our squirming 2.5 year-old daughter.
Bathroom : Great shower, very powerful and water is clean. Minor (MINOR) gripe is that the bathroom doesn't have a floor drain (essential when washing aforementioned daughter).
Room servicing : Excellent - be sure to leave a tip for the hardworking staff at the end of your stay if you also get good service.
Breakfast : About average and a little pricey, but aren't they always. No complaints at all from us, although it would be great to see some Thai dishes too.
Pool : Big, clean and warm (chlorinated but well balanced).
WiFi : Free! and works well in all locations that we tried.
Summary : A great value hotel in Korat especially if you are on a budget. Staff are warm, smiling, very efficient and friendly; overall service was very good. Taking everything into account including room price and location I would say that this was an excellent choice for us. We would happily stay here again.

I stayed here for three weeks during business. The room was a little dated, but better than some other places I have been in Thailand.
The front desk and house keeping were all great. The restaurants are great with a lot of selections. Prices for rooms and food were good as well. The tuk tuk is right there for local trips. A 7-11, grocery store and pharmacy are within a 5 minute walk.
About a ten minute trip to Terminal 21, the large very nice local mall.
