Got there late after a full day at Hershey Park. My husband thought for sure we were sleeping on box springs because the beds are hard as rock. We booked 2 rooms 5 people. Each room has towels for 2 and were told that its $9 for additional towels!! Non smoking rooms but there were cigarette butts outside the door of the rooms. Needs updating and wasn't somewhere I would want to stay again. No blanket just a sheet and a shiny cover on the beds. Lady at the front was very friendly when we were checking out.

If it wasn't so late at night and us being exhausted after being at Hershey Park, we would have searched elsewhere. Definitely not a bargain even for an overnights stay. A no smoking room with cigarette burns on the comforter, had to play exterminator to get the flies out, the rugs and lamp covers were filthy and need to be changed. Room needs some TLC. Would have given a terrible rating, but the lady at the front desk was nice. Should have stayed a little further down the road like last time where the room was clean, a continental breakfast served and the price of the room was less or the same. We like to try different places, but this was a mistake. Don't like to give negative reviews, but in this case, others need to know what to expect. Should have known what to expect when we got a Bates motel key instead of a swipe card 😬

I wish i didnt have to give one star it doesnt deserve it!!!Hotel was soo not worth the price we paid for 2 nights!! Upon walking into room it had a funny smell.. then while looking around room it was not clean at all.. pillow cases had burn holes in them..toilet seat was all cracked.. spiders in shower and no sink in bathroom.. needs updating desperately. .then to top off after we left called stating we stole their pillows and they were going to charge our credit card when we had to go out and buy our own pillows and blankets cause we were afraid to use theirs!!! Never again will I say here!!

These people are amazing!! I cancelled because of my fathers death, they didn't refund but charged me multiple days stay. They ignored me, so I drove 2 hours, as they stated no charge, showed them my account with multiple charges. Indian woman said "I see nothing"
The authorities are handling them now.

This motel doesn't deserve any stars as we pulled up the kids started crying please don't make us stay here the bench outside was dry rotted the sign was on the ground the screens were hanging off the window and there were no other cars in the parking lot we tried to cancel but they said we had to give two day notice we had to rent other room down the road because we defiantly were not staying there. Now we have to fight the charge with our bank. We think Norman Bates lives here
