Jim provided all the details regarding the room and its access and went on to provide restaurant recommendations. We liked the town the location of Jim's property. It enabled us to visit easily Chemainus and various other places in the Cowichan Valley and broke up our trip from Tofino to Victoria. If we had had more time, we would have stayed there for a few more days. The options for breakfast were varied and delicious and Jim took the time to chat with us during that time. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Eagle Rock B&B was everything I was looking for in a quiet retreat. The rooms are a great size, the bed was super comfy and The view is spectacular from the shared living area. Breakfast was made to order and they were able to accommodate dietary needs! Lovely hosts and I don't think you could ask for more!

We were very delighted with our stay here. The best B&B we've had the pleasure staying at. Clean, warm and welcoming. And the breakfast was heavenly. Coffee amazing. Thank you to our hosts Jim & Katrina from welcoming us to the departure. Everything was perfect. I would rate this B&B a 5 Star from the rooms to breakfast and location.

For this visit to Chemainus we decided to try a B&B, rather than a hotel. We selected Eagle Rock based on the excellent reviews we read, and were lucky enough to find a room available the night we were wanting. The location was perfect, being just 5 minutes from the theatre and several restaurants, and the beach was just a short stroll away. We were delighted with the beautiful, tastefully decorated property. It was spotless. Our hosts, Jim and Katrina, were very warm and welcoming, and very easy to chat with. The breakfast was delicious, and beautifully served! It was a treat to be able to order our meal from quite a variety of options. And the coffee was excellent!
We spent quite a bit of time in the common area enjoying the ocean view and chatting with the other guests which made our stay all the more interesting.
Our stay was so enjoyable that we have already booked our next visit.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful finishing work in the house, including on the beds, dressers, kitchen and ensuite. Next thing was about the host. I couldn't ask for a nicer more friendly person than Jim. He was very pleasant to have a conversation with and is an excellent cook.
In the kitchen there was a selection of tea, coffee, water and it was readily available anytime.
The room was clean, well lit and had full window coverings for privacy. The remote control ceiling fan in the room was a nice touch as well as the Netflix and Shaw TV.
The living area was very nice. Huge windows to sit beside, and lots of reading material... Just a comfortable and inviting living space.
Overall I'd come back and would recommend Eagle Rock to anyone. Great hosts, direct ocean access with a nice small park with tables and benches, and most importantly... An awesome breakfast.
