A very friendly welcome. The Superior rooms are HUGE, clean and comfortable. Extra tea, coffee and hot chocolate etc. easily available if required. I changed the details of our stay - adding an extra person - which was no trouble at all. When I telephoned to confirm the details I was addressed by name without having to give it etc. Breakfast was no trouble - needed to be a bit earlier as we had to be away early. All in all a great place that deserves custom in my view. I certainly would stay there again.

Whenever you arrive on a dark, wild and wet evening its hard to get the right impression!
However once inside it certainly brightened up, great sized room with very comfortable bed, good workspace and a very good shower. Breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here, hotel owner is polite and welcoming, room large exceptionally clean and with the most comfortable bed going. Tea, coffee facilities in room and fridge. We chose this hotel as it was dog friendly and he was made very welcome and Bailey enjoyed his stay, 2 minutes to the beach. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and delicious, on the whole we could not find fault and would definitely return if in Bournemouth again as this hotel offers exceptional value.

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Bournemouth, and we were not disappointed with our choice. The double room was relatively small but clean, with an ensuite shower room and comfortable bed. We received a warm, relaxed welcome, and checking in/out was easy. Although not central, it was a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

We - couple in late60s and dog- spent four nights in this perfect B and B. Lovely (comfort) spacious room with large ensuite. Brilliant position - easy to walk to centre of bournemouth or boscombe along coast yet very peaceful location. Bus and train station 15 minute walk
and bus stop close by. Breakfast excellent - good choice and well prepared. Plenty of tea/coffee in room and fruit teas/hot chocolate also available. Come and go as please with own keys. Thanks for relaxing few days and also welcoming our Labrador. Perfect hosts
