Had two nights stay, the view from the room was stunning, the beds extremely comfy and a warm welcome upon arrival was received, it's not too far from sea houses but a car is required to get out and about.

A friendly, three room b&b. However the breakfast is in a bag, and is extra. But the hostess is friendly, helpful, not intrusive. So our stay in a nice room, with en suite, with coffee making facilities, was great. Private parking places, and wonderful views.
From our room you can see the sea.
This is a nice place to stay when you're in the neighbourhood.

Vanessa was a very friendly and welcoming host despite us arriving several hours late. The room was reasonably clean and quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was lovely although one of my pillows inexplicably smelled of smoke? Everything else was fine. I was pleased to find a hairdryer as I'd forgotten mine! There were no towels in our room although if we'd asked I'm sure we would've been supplied as there were some in the other rooms.
I would definitely come here again as Vanessa was so friendly and accommodating.

I had the single room, which was clean & well maintained, which was big enough for my needs & cosy, plenty of space for hanging up my clothes, there was a good size bathroom with bath & shower. Vanessa was very helpful & friendly. For night life at Seahouses I had booked the local taxi in advance. Brilliant 2 night stay

I had a single room that was at the back of the property and in need of updating. The front rooms seemed much better.
I was also disappointed with the amount of noise from the dogs at the rescue centre right next to the b+b . If i had known about this possibility i wouldn't have booked. I left early due to this problem and would have been grateful for a token refund for 2 lost nights.
