Stayed here with a group of girlfriends and the lay-out is very comfortable and nice. The approach from the street has the property almost completely hidden. You have to know what you are looking for. But it's worth the effort to find it.

Spacious, clean, lots of amenities in apartment (vacuum, broom, full kitchen, laundry, garage, aircon, bbq). Double shower in en suite, but only double sized bed in main, not Queen. Room in 2nd bedroom for portacot. Bath in main for baby. Good for families, lots of room to spread out, huge open plan living area, but be careful of sharp edges on drawer handles for toddlers if they're just starting to walk/run around. Full bbq on balcony, great for cooking dinner at home. Great pool, amazing for kids (has a 'ramp' entry at one end, they can walk in or sit in very shallow water) and spa.
Across road from beach. Next door to treehouse restaurant. Close to SupaIGA (5min drive). Only issue is if you need to drive in to Byron Bay centre, lots of traffic almost all day and hard to find parking, best is to walk in via beach, but hard if you have small ones to take along (they get very distracted by the beach!). The beach and surrounding cafes get very busy on weekends.
The reception staff were friendly, but didn't offer suggestions on what to do or where to go with a small child (1 year old). Their directions to our room were a bit confusing as well, wasn't clear that the terraces were also called 'apartments'.

I stayed here with my family for two nights. Lovely apartment that was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was our apartments bedrooms were located above the cafe at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy early in the morning. Forget about a sleep in as the noise started at 6.30. Considering the TARRIF is high for these apartments if I stayed here again I would request an apartment at the back section of the complex. However, the staff were wonderful and provided us with a late check-out.

Stayed Sept.20th-Sept.24th impressed with:
* large and spacious rooms, with (working) outdoor BBQ perfect for entertainment
* clean & functional pool and hot tub which the kids didn't want to leave (despite all the fun of Byron waiting)
* great location out of the hustle / bustle of Byron centre, but within cycling distance
* adjacent to Treehouse, perfect for morning coffee / lunch snacks / late night pizza beers
* great managers who were v.responsive to all requests and understanding (even when one of the kids accidentally left the BBQ on for 2+ hours)

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, lovely big kitchen with a huge double door fridge. We found that some of the utensils could have done with being replaced and a frying pan was scratched quite heavily so no longer non-stick. Overall great location, right on the beach with a 20 min stroll into Byron town. There are a few lovely bars/Cafes next door which offered great food and atmosphere. Pool area was nice and the furniture looked new and was comfortable. The rooms were clean, bright and fresh. Nice outdoor entertaining area however the BBQ was not cleaned properly from the previous stay so had to clean before using. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. We had our own private garage located metres from our room so able to store our car, pram and other belongings in there without having to take everything to the room. Overall we had a good time here and would likely stay again.
