Disgusting place

DO NOT STAY HERE! I should have known when I 1st walked in the lobby to run. There was an overwhelming smoke smell & it just had a dirty feel. I had no choice I had just driven hours (just my young child & I) had no where else to go.
We get to our room & it was visibly filthy. I turned down one of the beds and there was crumbs in it as well as hair. I went to the office to tell them about the bed & he didn't really say anything. So I asked for new sheets to put on top of the dirty ones so we could sleep. Once we got back to our room upon further inspection the couch had clear visible stains, the bathroom was so disgustingly filthy the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in months, there was dust on every surface, there was a spider on the wall and the sink was disgusting. Then I turned down the other bed & there was a sock that did not belong to us. My daughter was terrified & disgusted as well as I & wanted to sleep in the same bed as me. I did not get more than an hour and a half because I was scared to close my eyes in that place. If she was not with me I would have slept in my car. In the morning again I spoke to the same man explaining how disgusting this hotel was and that I would like a refund and he refused and didn't even seem that concerned with my concerns. This hotel needs to be inspected!!!!!
Do not think of staying here!

This hotel is far most the deplorable accommodations I have ever stayed at! You should avoid this hotel at all cost unless you like being grossed out! And that is no joke! Upon first entering room, beds were unmade and dirty ring in toilet. Don't get me started on the toilet seat!! This place is the definition of FLEABAG HOTEL!!!!
I wrote to the customer service at the Choice Hotels department about this hotel and have been ignored. It is a wonder how they are still open for business.

When I called ahead to say that we would be arriving late, the man covering the phone was beyond rude and told me that I better have a reservation. Upon arrival, we were told that we had to park out front and drag our luggage up the steps to our room. (In reality, we could have parked one tier up and simply walked our luggage directly to our room). The room was filthy. I would not even consider using the shower or walking on any floor barefoot. The coffee machine 'tray' had caked on debris. I asked the cleaning staff to change our sheets the next day and was told "No", as she had changed them the day before. I insisted, which made her curse at me in her native tongue. And, then, when I asked for a second washcloth, as there had only been one - she ignored me. I literally chased her down the hall and made her give me one. When I complained at the front desk, they simply told me that, "She is crazy"! The furniture was badly beaten up. The clothing rack was falling off of the wall - so much so that we had to hang our clothing on the bathroom door. The mattress did not fit the bed frame, sticking out so far that the first night, upon a late arrival, I bruised my leg when I hit it. When we left for the wedding that we were attending, we had to dodge all of the yellowjackets that were buzzing around the hall's garbage can - as the cleaning staff drops all of their trash bags there for pick-up later. I could go on - but why bother? We spent $240 for two nights.
Nightmare!

This hotel should be shut down by the health department. The room was smelly and the furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. The bathtub molding had mildew on it. Besides being way overpriced, this room was terribly outdated. In addition, we were awakened at 3 am by someone talking outside our room. The person working the front desk wasn't very cordial either. Couldn't wait to leave this horrible place! Stay away!!
Free would be too much!

Got the room through a Priceline deal. Paid $101 plus tax. We overpaid by a LOT for quality of room. Outdated. Badly in need of basic repairs. Breakfast was included but after looking at the 'buffet' we skipped it in favor if McDonald's. The selection was poor, at best. The coffee was horrible.
The beds were on comfortable. The Couch was dirty. It was also a pullout but it was placed too near the bed to be opened.
I expect budget accommodations at Econolodge. These were far below my expectations.
