Everything about the place was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff was very helpful and the price was in the low range so in all, a super good value.
I was somewhat reluctant to reserve because of some bad reviews, but we stayed 3 days & 3 nights with zero complaints.
The only flaw was a few imperfections in the workmanship of the renovations, which did not affect our stay whatsoever.

I booked this motel online, thinking of the excellent Econo Lodge that I stayed in at High Level, Alberta. This one was very different: older, a little rundown, needing renovation. The front desk staff woman from Egypt was so nice; she gave me some chips and a candy bar because it's my birthday. So sweet. The railroad is across the street, so when the trains go by, blowing their loud horn, yikes! It's hard to think.

Room was clean & establishment is well maintained. Breakfast was poor & not to great. Only cereal, bread & muffin available to eat
No fitness room amenity, not sure why it's listed as a place that has one

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Lloydminster as it was very close to the arena. While it is not much to look at on the outside it was very affordable and the staff was friendly. The rooms were also very clean which was a pleasant surprise. Only negative was the noise from the bar/nightclub downstairs made it a bit tough to fall asleep but at least the beds were comfy.

We came here for just one night and i was so happy for the great service and the the room was neat and clean...i cant forget that girl named Jocelyn who was very polite and very kind because she helped us cleaned the room when i asked for help even shes doing something else...Thank you and im surely comeback!!!!
