When you see from outside, this looks like a budget place....but I was very surprised at the interior.
Good:
- New facilities...Very very clean
- Beds were memory foams (for an Econolodge, I didn't expect that)
- Bathrooms clean.
- Linens didn't look and smell like a budget place at all.
- Very close to the highway for a stopover (which was my plan anyway...On my way from Montana to Illinois)
Bad:
- Can't think of any!!

This is an older motel that has been remodeled. The bathrooms have been nicely refurbished. The bed was a very comfortable memory foam. The sheets were a little scratchy. The constant fan setting on the Ac did not work, so it was very noticeable when the condenser came on. The back door had a home door key pad that could easily be left unlocked from the inside with an easily guessed code. The breakfast was very basic. It was a good value.

Pros: Bargain price! Newer one floor motel, friendly desk and breakfast staff, early breakfast allowed, no internet password needed, clean, well-maintained, foam bed very comfortable, mini frig, nice decor.
Cons: hall narrow and rather dark.
We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again.

This is a small 20 room single story hotel. It doesn't look like much but it is a great surprise. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, memory foam beds were very comfortable. Fridge and microwave were a nice bonus, in room coffee was as expected. Continental breakfast was minimal but enough to get you on the road. VERY quiet location - budget priced - good value.
We would stay there again.

After reading many positive reviews from other travelers, we decided to give this hotel a try. We are normally leery of Econolodge Hotels. As did others, we found it to be clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. It's a newer building with rooms nicely decorated. We were greeted warmly by Twila upon check in. Morning staff member was equally nice. We met some friendly fellow travelers at the continental breakfast, which was just fine. Hope to stay here again on our return trip through Jamestown.
