ROACHES in the room and smashed on the walls..Needs a major cleaning.

Ok I paid $57.50 for one night Monday..Location good right off the freeway.I stayed in room-228 upstairs..The first thing you notice is no hallway air conditioning and the bucket in hallway for water drilling..In the morning you will see the small rooom trash cans outside many doors..I did check the room first..This room has microwave and refrigerator..Big desk with a old business chair with broken wheels.The air and heat unit looked new..The TV was old style big box.I never tried it out..The room needs a paint job and extermination for roaches..I did see smashed roaches on the walls..Carpet was new but house keeping is bad dust all along the walls..Behind the night stands cups,bugs..Electrical plugs worked..This room had 2 burt light bulbs..The kingbed was ok but needed more pillows.The bathroom vent was non working bulb was burnt out.The bath tub looked like it was not cleaned in awhile,Ring around the tub.Water pressure good..Bed spread was faded..Bath tub drained slow..This was a large room 228..Old carpet in the hallway..Outside parking was ok and lit up outside.This is a contractor hotel with all the pickups.Fast food not to far away but not walking distance.The checkin was quick and showed me the room..They have a swimming pool but I didn't check it out..The room entrance door has big gaps on the bottom of it..You can hear the people next door in other room..Breakfast was the usual nothing special..I would come back again in a year and see if the hotel has improved..

Maintenance man rude, stupid, & lazy. Washing machine stayed broke. Pool was nasty. Had huge bugs in room. Refrigerator was so noisy you couldn't hear tv. Microwave had wrong tray & thumped when turning. Stove eyes were corroded.
Worst hotel and Management I Have Experienced.

I am A CLC traveling service electrician. My income and business relies on me being given in touch with clients 24 hours a day, along with this there are reports, work orders and, job scheduling that must be done online with company forms. When I checked in on 3/27/2016 I was not told that the hotel did not have wifi because of hardware issues from 3/26/2016, is so I would have moved to another hotel. When I got into my room and tried to connect to the WiFi was a key to connect to their network but no Internet connection, 1. Called front desk and was told that tech would be out on Monday 2/28/28016 to repair. Now Tuesday 2/29/29016 9:00 pn and still no internet. Call desk to asked for manager's number to find out when and if WiFi would be available I was told by desk attendant that they would contact manager and have him contact me. A few minutes later received call from from desk and was told that manager was unavailable.
Because I stay in 2 or 3 star hotels about 100 nights a year have have come to expect certain below standard aminaties, but to combine thread bare towels, large wrinkles in carpet, a dead bolt on door that does not work, stained restroom fixtures, exhaust fan that sounds like a hot rod., stains on carpet that you just stay away from ( see pictures) and management that is unavailable, it gets to be a little much.
Even for a working stiff like me the one thing that I can make sure of is that my costumers and client can do if they have a problem is get in touch with me. By manager not being available during what I would call one of his best selling point is not working, is kind of like the pretty flowers dead in the dump.

i've stayed here for years and never had a problem. i have noticed of late a few shady characters lurking around. but they never bothered us. if you're a working man living on per diem, this place has a great rate and will leave you with a little cash in your pocket. rooms are nothing fancy, breakfast is typical cereal,muffins,juice,coffee & waffles. overall.... i've had good stays with no problems.

OmG, Horrible, we get to motel on 2/14/14,and first we r put n 104, very bad ...Suringes behind the beds, filthy, we move to 106, on the 18th we move to a room no hot water, broken for 4 days,then I have to ask for a shower, have to go to another rm to shower, then my gifts get stolen not once but twice,,,,, when I go to make a complaint, they don't want to hear about it at all, police where called.report made,AND THERE ISSHADY CRAP GOING ON....
