Agent checking me in was rude and unwelcoming, over charged me for the room and said well it's only a few dollars more. Pre request were not met , agent said she didn't get them even though she knew what they were. Room was clean, asked for one bed room had two.

We were woke up at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning by a leaf blower, the clerk lied and said it was not any of the staff. In a way he did not lie, it was the contracted landscapers. He also tried to say it was noise from a local construction site, even though you could see the people outside the building. Also the water pressure was low and had to stand under the shower head to try to get wet. The worst thing though was the BLACK MOLD, in the shower, also a seedy neighborhood. Spent a little more money and stay elsewhere.

This hotel was pretty cool for the price. The location was exactly what we needed , far as Walmart is concerned. Also , it wasn't to far from Oxen Hill high school, so we made a weekend of it. We didn't have breakfast, because their menu wasn't as great as other hotels , but it's cool. Thanks again for giving my family a place to lay there heads down. On thing housekeeping knocked on the ladies door and asked when she was going to check out. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

I wouldn't stay here unless it was just for one night, and no other motels are available in the area. The rooms appear clean, but they are not cleaned properly. You will find hair everywhere. The toilets were not cleaned very well. The bedding was full of cigarette burns, and I had a non smoking room. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for with this place.

Anything not in central DC can be dicey as far as area but we had zero issues with this hotel. Seemed safe enough and the room was a lot better tan expected with a comfy bed and very clean room. The bathroom had seen better days and definitely needs an update and some caulk but we don't live there so really didn't care. Spent 3 days during the Presidential inauguration and its only 3 miles to the metro which was nice.
I would have zero issues with staying here again if/when we are in the area.
