They are upgrading all units and were happy to show us. So far 7 units are upgraded and the rest are scheduled for same. Carpet was replaced with wood flooring and bed linens were white as snow. New accent wall, fresh paint, flat screen tv. Table with 2 comfortable chairs, Quite area.
Didn't have breakfast but coffee was very good.
Personnel are the owners and could not have been nicer.
Dated. Breakfast very limited. Outside pool looked nice

My wife and I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Bartlesville as we wanted to get an early start to head to the Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, OK I was greeted warmly and had no issues with check in. The bed seemed comfortable. The carpet in our room was worn. This Econo Lodge must have been a part of some other chain at one time. The breakfast consisted of only cereal. I had a cup of coffee that was fresh, but it was quite weak. We parked right at our door. The room had a micro wave and a refrigerator but no coffee maker. Our room had a jacuzzi tub that was enjoyable but I could not get it to drain. Our room was very large but it needed updated. Probably would not stay there again.
Good Stay

Stayed here for to nights and for A Econo Lodge I was very pleased. The manager was very friendly. My son (12 y) said this is the cleanest pool her has ever seen. The rooms where large and clean. It is a older Motel but a nice place.
Embraces "economy": Clean, safe, easy access, decent bed, terrible breakfast

I don't care much about dings, scratches, or a little wear and tear. I care about cleanliness, safety, easy of access, bed quality, and breakfast. This place earn four out of five.
My friend and I stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room with 2 queen beds. The manager was pleasant and chatty.
We travel with several tubs/trunks and a truck dolly to attend a hobby event. With parking directly in front of our room door, loading and unload was very easy. I didn't look for a ramp up the curb, but if it exists, this would be a great room for handicap accessibility. For a non-smoking room situated next to a smoking room, it was clear of any smoke smell, and adding heavy rain that weekend, no moldy smells either.
The room had a 4.5 cu. ft. fridge with an excellent tiny freezer that solidified my ice block overnight! TV worked fine. Never tried the iron, hair dryer, or the microwave. There's no coffee maker. The beds are quite firm - I slept well, but for my comfort I would have liked a bit of a pillow top on the mattress. An old TV armoire offers extra storage. The bathroom is tiny but clean! The water pressure in the ground floor middle section of the building is wimpy. The HVAC unit worked well. Being 55ยบ near the end of May, we didn't venture into the pool. :)
But breakfast is paltry - cold cereal (fruit loops, raisin bran, corn flakes and ?), milk, Sunny D pretending to be orange juice, and coffee. No fruit, no toast, no jam, no bagels or muffins, no tea - anything else that could be easily provided for quick preparation. That's it! To say breakfast is included is insulting and highly disappointing.
Overall, it's a decent place to stay for a couple of nights and we will stay here again next year, but drive up the road to the Boulevard Diner for breakfast.
Unexpected stay

We unexpectedly needed to stay in the area, and had some hotel points we could use. We were very concerned this was our only option, as this is a facility on the lower end in their chain. We were pleasantly surprised with an updated room that was VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again. The continental breakfast is very limited.
