My room says non smoking, and there is a sign that you will be charged $250 if you do smoke. The room has definitely been smoked in, and there are those tiny little flies in the room. Its deff not the cleanest room I've ever rented, but I will say the staff is very friendly. We checked in later at night and it was funny to watch the front desk staff's male "friend " come out of hiding, once we left the lobby

I called the number on the website and choose the reservation option told the person who answered the phone I needed to reserve a room for 3 nights using CLC lodging she took all my information gave me a confirmation number . I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 after a 12 hour shift only to be informed at the front desk that they do not take CLC lodging I asked since when ? The gentleman at the desk said since yesterday. I showed the gentleman that their hotel was still on the CLC app. But he seem to not care. So I was denied my reservation . So I was running around Batesville Ms . Trying to find a room at 8:00 pm. I thought this was very unperfesional.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. I stopped here with a group of 18 people on a cross-country road trip. We messed up our booking, and even though it was completely our fault, the manager was incredibly helpful. The beds had clean white sheets, and the hotel was clean. It is nothing fancy, but I was very happy with our stay.

We stayed overnight while travelling north. Location good for Interstate travellers. Lots of remodeling going on, and this did not pose any problems. Staff were cordial. Standard breakfast - no complaints. Room is hopefully one on schedule for remodeling. Carpet well worn Only one office chair for room, and it was not in good shape. Overall, OK for overnight. Price might have been $5-$10 over comparable places. Think things will be better when work is completed.

Reserved a two-night stay here to help move son in at Ole Miss. Property is apparently under new ownership and is under renovations - lot of area torn up. Desk staff was sitting in a car when we arrived, would come in whenever someone came to front desk. If you can do somewhere else in Batesville, I would.
