Not a fancy place by any means, but the price was right, the room was clean, the staff seemed easy enough to get along with, and the breakfast offering was good too. Nothing at all to complain about and I would certainly consider staying here again the next time I am in the area.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the lampshades stains on the chair they didn't have enough towels for us. The sheets were dirty and they didn't have any to change them so we have to sleep in dirty beds. The toilet was loose and wobbly. The electrical outlet by my bed was all open. Also booking.com when we booked said it had a pool but it in fact did not. The railing on The second floor balcony was so loose it is going to fall and someone is going to get hurt. All this would be ok if the room was only 25 bucks a night. But they didn't offer me any sort of discount. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The lost and restaurant staff where very friendly. But they smoked right outside of the main entrance. Tacky. They where also dressed in street clothing (tank tops,with bras showing) rather than proffessional clothing. Not very classy with a cigarette hanging from your mouth. This was the first impression upon arrival. The room reeked of smock so I complained and they quickly gave us a different room. The breakfast was very good but again the waitress wasn't dressed very appropriately. The sheets where clean but had old blood stains on them. The AC worked great. We where very thankful for this because it was hot out. We also liked the late check out time of 12 noon. The grounds where shabby. Most of the surrounding fence was half down. The carpet leading to the lobby was torn and dirty. It really all needs a face lift. I felt it was over priced by about $20-30. It was more like a 1.5 star hotel.

We checked in on the 22 June about 2 PM , the key to the room was lost and on that my father is a diabetic, He had to take medicine that was in the room. Karen saw this and went running ,brought the master key in time. He opened the door and we got the medicine. We are from Australia and recommend this place to fellow mates. Karen is a sincere and hardworking. We will be there from November 15 to November 22nd.

The rooms are slightly dated; but clean. No real complaints except the bed was very squeaky (room 102). Perfect place for a cheap bed to crash on.
The free breakfast at Ricky's was good quality and a bargain. The staff was friendly and the food came out very quick!
