the lady who works front desk also cleans rooms...I was staying for several nights and she simply replaced my coffee without touching anything else...not even clean towels, emptying trash, bed made, nothing! that's not happened before and is unacceptable. The breakfast served is just a joke..not even orange juice, more like orange drink..nasty. I doubt i'll stay there again.

I'd had a bad experience at a hotel and was forced to stay here, because this was the only other choice with availability and it was the best. The satff was very nice and the housekeepers went out if their way to help you. I will definitely stay here again

Clean, cheap, convenient, comfortable
When driving from point a to point b sometimes plans go out the window. So we ended up needing a room for the night. Henderson was overpriced so we went a few towns away and got a 2 queen non smoking room for $55. Turns out there was some sort of fishing contest so there was a bunch of fishing boats there and we were still were able to park in front of our room and they had private security to watch the boats so our family wagon packed with vacation stuff was extra safe! For the price breakfast was great make fresh waffles, 2 types of cereal, typical muffins and pastries, coffee tea milk and sunny d. Packets of grits cream cheese assortment of jellies syrup and the only fruit they had was green bananas. Very nice people worked there, helpful. Rooms were recently renovated. A/c was nice and cold had a fridge and microwave. Stuff was a little dusty but then again so is my house so I felt like I was home! Found some nail clippings on the tile floor now that was gross because unlike home those were not mine. So I wore my shoes. So this place was a great value. If you can hang on a littler while longer drive past Henderson to get a better deal!

We booked this hotel for an overnight at the last minute while visiting family and friends in Durham. Check in and out were fast and uneventful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast selections were adequate. Only problem is location; it's 10+ miles out from Durham, in an area with very limited restaurants nearby. Still, it was inexpensive by local standards, and a very adequate place to stay. Good value!

I stayed here recently while conducting government business. The room was clean, the TV worked well (lots of channels) and the best was very comfortable. The breakfast was a little bit on the light side (only one gallon jug of milk that was almost empty), but they had good cereal and pecan twirls (breakfast of champions).
The value for the dollar is hard to beat. There was no noise to keep me up, and I slept great. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
