Two outstanding individuals.I arrived early and Shawnah set me up in the lounge area and immediately asked housekeeping to put a rush on my room.Shawnah gave me the tv controls and asked if there was anything else she could do for me while I waited.I observed her multi tasking and was proficient and effective dealing with numerous tasks.Lenora cleaned my room and I was pleased with how clean and orderly it was in such a short time.Both these ladies deserve mention and I would definitely be pleased to have them as my employees. The location is near I44 and shopping and restaurants. Let me not forget,I was greeted by other employees and they were also pleasant.Just a great stay.

The staff was awesome. At this place, they gave us tips of things to do while we were in town, place was clean and very kept up well. Breakfast was a good selection.the cleaning staff made sure we had everything we needed each morning. Our room was made up each day when we got back. Pool was good size. Staff was very polite and helpful at front desk. I'm glad we stayed Herr. It is easy to get off and on the freeway,

We stayed here on the way from Iowa to Oklahoma. We had two rooms with 2 double beds. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and because we are Choice hotel members, we got the room for $69.00. The room was clean for the most part, it looked like they were working on updating them. The carpet needs some deep cleaning or replaced. It was stained in spots, but I've seen worse. The carpet also made the room seem dark and dingy.
There were people lighting off fireworks in the parking lot, but that didn't bother us. They quit about 10:00. There were some sketchy people having put in the walkways, but not the hotels fault. Our boys swam till 12:00, the hotel said it was fine if they were quiet. After we went to the room there was a party at the pool for a few hours, and someone one the next morning said the gas was siphoned out of their car. We may stay here again, but it would be my first pick.

Hotel was nice enough to void my reservation after checking 2 rooms and finding them unacceptable. First room had hard floor, probably linoleum over concrete and smelled horrible. first hotel that I tried to stay at that allowed smoking in rooms in last 20 years. 2nd room had a party next door. I did not even enter room. I called 3rd party that I made reservations through and hotel allowed reservation to be cancelled.

The staff there are very friendly. Two clerks were great. Their names were Christina and Hannah. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered and have there every needs accommodated. I have here off and on for about two years.
