In an area where rooms under $100 are scarce, this is a great find. Nice room, quiet most of the time, great staff, very good housekeeping. good WiFi (except they make you login every 2 hours), and a fair breakfast. Apparently the cooked breakfast is made offsite and delivered in serving trays that get placed on a heater. But if you get your serving before that tray has been on the heater long enough, you get cold eggs.

My family and I have been staying in this hotel since May the front desk and house keepers are VERY nice I want to especially say a BIG thank you to Natalie, Lorry, Torry, all of the house keepers are so very nice and very Friendly, we would recommend this hotel to everyone we know the rooms are very nice and clean, I also want to give a shout out to the Maintenance crew, Ryan, Rick, Tevin, Melissa they are very good, efficient, friendly, and quick to fix things. Rebecca, Carrie and Samantha are extremely nice, courteous and friendly

I was promised a discount due to poor treatment from the shift manager. Then I was put on the do NOT rent list right after I complained about the shift manager. I spoke with the general manager and she claims she's going to give me the discount but not going to let me rent there anymore because she knows the shift manager doesn't like me. This is not a hotel that puts customers first. If you complain, they will not give you back your deposit and put you on the do NOT rent list. I also was accused by the shift manager of having drugs yet she never called the police and claimed housekeeping found it. Yet when housekeeping & maintenance was questioned they did NOT CONFIRM the shift manager's story and stated I did no such thing. Not to mention, it's a smoke free property yet there was a lot of smoking going on by several boarders outside. I took photos showing how I left my room so I'm prepared to dispute being charged more than I should have. I'll just provide the photos and videos to my bank.
Not to mention, the bed was also very difficult to sleep on. The room wasn't what they advertised. Horrible, horrible stay and it's sad but poor management.

I'm no professional critic, in fact, I was apprehensive about starting this review, but with the exceptional state of this Inn I felt it deserved all the praise I had to offer. Clean rooms, incredible beds, approachable staff. What more can you ask for?
