We stayed for four nights and were extremely happy with our room and the staff. Everything was clean and fresh, the staff friendly and helpful (thanks for the restaurant recommendations - they were spot on!), and the location was great for getting back and forth to the Metro.
Hoping to make it back to the area and plan on staying here again.

Great location for visiting DC. Safe convenient walk to and from metro. Great staff. Needed an inroom safe and comforter to be a 5. Small but adequate rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Basic nice breakfast. Very nice French restaurant next door.

Staying here for 4 nights to take in the sights on the mall in Washington DC. Very short walk to the metro which will take you right in the middle of the mall to see all the museum's. No driving and you can leave your car parked here at no charge. Wonderful breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage and all other breakfast items. Love the Starbucks coffee machine right down the hall from our room. Great restaurant to the left of the motel abut a block away,called "Chasin Tails: with great seafood and reasonably priced. Can't say enough about the quality of this motel, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Very good location, good breakfast and nice and clean hotel. Various nice restaurants in walking distances. Also a concert venue on walking distance. Close to Washington and most sights. Close to Metrostation.

Great "base camp" to explore DC and surrounding areas. Short walk to Metro Station. Only rented car one day to visit Montecello. Metro is the way to go! Clean comfortable room. Really good coffee, but average breakfast. Suggestion: please provide condiment variety--I need hot sauce! Well run establishment.
