I am under the view of you get what you pay for, however when you're a single female alone and get put in a room at the back of the hotel where the door lock is broke and the room smells of very stale smoke (a non smoking room!), there has to be some update!
I was travelling with my parents who were put on the other side of the motel completely to me so I was shoved into a dark and dingy area - it was scary!
The listing mentions a pool - I wouldn't bother choosing this hotel for this - it's been concreted over!
Breakfast was very poor too.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all

Stayed at this dive for 7 nights. There was very little choice due to high occupancy in the area from Hurricane Irma. This hotel is horrible!!. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms have an strong mold/mildew smell. On my last night I woke up with a HUGE cockroach crawling on my arm. I was promised a rate of $54.00 per night and was then charged $64.00 a night at check out. I didn't even fight with him about the price - I just wanted to leave. You're better of sleeping in your car!!!

First time I've ever checked in and out in the same night. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the police car in the parking lot. But the non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke, the stains on the carpet and chair were plate sized, then a roach scurries atop the TV table! And I found a dead fly smashed on the sheet.
I walked to the office through a dark hallway. No light. Who sends a woman traveling alone to the back of the hotel?
For $20 more I'm now in a lovely (by comparison) room at Comfort Inn Ironwood.

Got to our room, saw a roach climb up the wall and another come out of the wall near the hair dryer.. there wasn't a smoke detector the wires were just hanging out the wall. The full size bed would fold you like a taco while making the blood rush to your head. The place is ran down and needs to be cleaned terribly. We weren't even there 10 minutes and checked back out.

I opened my door, sat my bags down, and a roach came scurrying towards me. Instinct kicked and I stomped it. Upon further investigation inside the room, I did that bug a favor. This is the worst room I have EVER stayed in. There are blood stains and cigarette holes on the comforter, stains on the walls, and an ungodly odor.
