The staff(only one guy seemed semi-competent) at the front desk was very unfriendly, and they just stared at us when we asked for a roll away bed to be sent to the room. Needless to say the bed never arrived. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 1980's and had a weird musty smell to it. The hide away bed mattress coils had been so used that even a comatose person would not have been able to sleep on it. We ended up canceling the room, and getting a better room ask the street. I will never ever stay here again after this and I am so glad that we did not sleep one night in that queen bed!

If you are African American DO NOT GO HERE. I was mistreated and treated like dirt. The clerk did not want to book the room because I was black. I had to sleep in a portable potty. I had to go to traffic court and I had no other choice but to sleep outside.

Unless your looking for bed bugs or a drug dealer don't stay here! Rooms were disgusting, front desk clerks were horriblely rude and disrespectful. Didn't even stay after the room was already paid for because losing $60 was better then being mugged in parking lot. Save yourself a trip to ER and stay somewhere eles

Front desk clerk could not communicate in English. I told him my choice number to get my points. I showed him my number. I gave him my card. I signed the paperwork not looking at any of the contact info on it. I went to my pickup and grabbed my bag. When I returned he handed me more paperwork with a new temporary card number and no contact info correct. I tried to get him to correct info with no luck. I gave up and went to my room that smelled really bad. Bed was crap. Found a huge weird bug on the floor in bathroom. towels are very small and grey colour. Air conditioner was crazy loud. The only reason I stopped here was I was exhausted and it was a torrential downpour. Wish I had driven another hour to find ANYTHING better. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

We stayed one night as needed to get closer to home. Room seemed clean and adequate. Nothing special but ok. Overall could use some updating. Best part was that the bed was hard and that was the best bed in nearly 3 weeks for me. Saying breakfast is included is stretching the term. We did not find it worth taking the time for.
