The 'Disappointing Buffet Dinner' happened in March 2015.
1.The menu for non-vegetarian dinner was highly disappointing. [Only non-vegetarian items we got was Egg and Fish fry!].
2.The ambience in the restaurant is Good.
3.The staff is trained and helpful.
4.A lot of parking space!
5.It's easy to reach the hotel/restaurant. [on LHS of the first turning from Munnar town towards Mattupetty].

Recently stayed for two nights. Hotel location is very good. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. Food is good. Lot of play area for children.The tree house is an added attraction for the kids. Good place to unwind.

Best place to stay, in Munnar! Very close to bus stand, and located in the heart of the town, but has a sprawling garden with a very beautiful landscape, where kids love to play all day! Food and stay were decent.

We spent 2 nights here on an Explore trip On Foot in Kerala. Had a nice room with balcony overlooking the garden at the front. Was reasonably clean and breakfast was good. No mattress or pillow covers ( both stained ) but got extra sheet and pillow cases no problem.

This Hotel is apt,when you driving to Munnar in a Car.Ample parking,neat Garden,and plenty of light.We took 2 Galaxy Rooms,with balcony,cost us about 3850 per room with Breakfast.The Elevator to the Rooms,a true gift.These rooms 303 & 304,were probably the best,facing the Garden.There were also Cottages scattered around the Garden,but we did not opt for them.The revervations,service and food quality were good,the Buffet Breakdfast was ample & Tasty.The Lobby was elaborate and clean.There are no views though,other than the awe-inspiring Garden.
This heart of Munnar location,is ideal for sight seeing Trips around Munnar.Garden a delight for Kids & Seniors.Bathroom fittings were of good quality,and there were cable tv in our Rooms.Rooms did not look very new,perhaps a revamping might help.Beds were soft & clean.Floors well done.
