The hotel is in a beautiful setting with mountain walks starting right at the doorstep.
The Bergmüller family provided a warm welcome and dedicated service during our 12 day stay. The hotel staff were exceptional, always happy to help and courteous. We enjoyed participating in the hotel organized walks and received detailed advice on other trekking routes. The hotel offers great facilities and relaxing spa & pools. The food is exceptional and we were never disappointed in choice, quality and quantity.
Day trips to Grossglockner, Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn, Salzburg and many more are easily accessible. Looking forward to going back there again soon.

Hi, this hotel is amazing everything you need from a hotel in the alps you got it there: ski slopes only 200 meters from the hotel, best spa ever experienced in Austria, the views from the terrace are amazing, the food was wow a very rich breakfast and of course I recommend the half board menu and at the end but first off all the staff are simply ✨✨✨!

Big comfortable room, terrace onto the garden.
Recommend this hotel for its good food, near the ski slopes, amazing scenery and big swimming pool with spa. All you need for a holiday in summer or winter!

This was the 2nd stay for me, but first with my wife.
The hotel is small but very nice. Location,building, spa area, saunas, rooms, restaurant are all very good. Staff is always friendly. Now there is even a small gym area.
Only one very little thing, which might be even a plus for others: dogs are allowed in certain rooms. We could hear barking for a short time in our room, but the guests were already moving out the next day. I'm sure that staff would have handled the situation well, if barking had continued there.
We will certainly go back there.

We came the whole family with kids for 8 nights. The service was so great and the place is beautifully. The also provide very good mountain bikes and it is great to tour the area if you like mountain trails and lots of climbing. The food was good most days. The room is large but i would prefer more fresh air options as the summer nights got a bit too hot for me. The hotel pool are superb!
