great place , close to beach and casino. don't forget waffle house. great staff, convenient pool and hot tub, we will go back there again soon, but stay longer next time as this was a short 2 day trip to mississippi

We had to evacuate our home in Florida due to Irma. We called many places in Georgia, Tennese, and Alabama but none were pet friendly. This was the first place we called in Mississippi and they were the friendliest people and very helpful to our situation! Room is nice and clean! Staff is wonderful! Will come visit again for a real vacation and this will be the place we stay (:

Edgewater Inn Is our favorite place to stay with our granddaughter on our annual beach trip. We love the location and comfortable room. We plan on returning in 2018. We would recommend Edgewater Inn to anyone.

This is our second time staying here with myself, my husband, and our 6 and 12 year old. We were excited to get to stay in the same deluxe suite as we did on our last visit, The Lighthouse Suite. This place isn't fancy like the places where we usually stay but it's still wonderful. It's a quaint little place that I'm assuming is family run. They are great about accommodating you, and fulfilling any requests that you may have. Our room is like a little apartment, perfect for the 4 of us. It comes with 2 TVs, microwave, fridge, safe, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, plenty of storage room, and a great view of the ocean. They have a small pool, offer free Wi-Fi, and free parking. This is a cute little place with a friendly staff, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Biloxi! I'm so glad that our reservations at place where we were supposed to stay on our first trip got screwed up, or we never would have found this little diamond in the rough.

We were traveling for our anniversary and when we got to the motel, they offered us a recently renovated room at a discounted price. The room was very nice, but was lacking quite a few things. There was no ice bucket, the phone wasn't working, the bath towels were very small, the hanging lamp was too low and hit my head, and the Kleenex box only had one tissue left in it. You think minor items, but considering the price of the room, these things should not have happened. Would consider going again, but not without some assurance that it wouldn't be a repeat of these issues. The staff was very nice, and was able to get us an ice bucket, but that was the only item they took care of. There was no breakfast available; had to go to out for breakfast, so when you add the cost of breakfast to cost of room, was definitely over priced. Very disappointed in overall experience.
