The advantages of this place pretty much end with the title of this review. If you're a devoted surfer you'll love being just across the road from the famous hotspot. But beware the road is N-340 roadway, that gets too busy on weekends to cross it leisurely. The hotel is some 15 km from the Tarifa town - no shops or cafes around. No chance to get coffee (not to mention breakfast) before 11 a.m. No fridge or even glasses in our room. The rest is fine I guess. Again perfect location for surfers, but nothing else.

Great place, closer to the beach can't be more. the best atmosphere, friendly and nice service , close to Playa Valdevaqueros. Rooms conducive to relaxation. Very good BBQ. I recommend strongly !!!!!!!

We did a booking mistake and we had to cancel the room this was no problem at all!thank you very much!the hotel,however very clean with a good smell the room immaculate, the Restaurant very clean!the front desk lady was very helpful, called the owner and he agreed to cancel,

It is not a hotel, it is a simple guest house in front of Valdevaquero beach, which is the most beautiful and charming beach at Tarifa.
The wifi barely works in the rooms, bathrooms are old and the shower very bad. Lack of electric infrastructure with frenquent black outs.
If you are a kitesurfer you can overcome this troubles, otherwise do not stay in this guesthouse!

This was our second time at Hotel Copacabana we went last year and loved it there. You can walk to the beach and Its near enough to Tarifa town. The staff there is excellent couldn't have asked for more. I travel a lot with work and the treatment I received from the lady at reception was exceptional. I got really sick and she didn't hesitate in helping us out, even changing a couple of days for the following weekend. Highly recommended. The steaks at the chill out served by Miguel we're chargrilled to perfection 😜
