Have just come back from a week's all inclusive. Food wasn't great as mainly geared towards German and Turkish tastes, but there was always something to eat at breakfast and lunch. We ate out in the evenings.
Rooms were cleaned each day, we had a seaview room which was great for myself, husband and 14 year old.
Yes there is a busy road to cross to get to the beach, but as long as you know your green cross code, what's the harm in that. I will say though that some travel companies say there is a beach bar - yes that is true, but is is not all inclusive, which I thinks is something that should be pointed out. Also the sunbeds on the beach are not always free, it does seem to depend on what day you go.
All said a great, cheap, clean and cheerful hotel, would go back in a heartbeat

I really cant see a problem with this hotel rooms are lovely and cleaned everyday, we got a lovely room 1307 sea view the view was absolutly gorgeous got sun all day on the balcony. The food was ok it was eatable but its cheap enough to eat out of you got fed up with food in the hotel, the reception staff was so polite and friendly same with the bar staff made you so welcome. They also have a spa underneath the hotel what is great and the staff was great too in there 25 euro for a turkish bath and massage what was a bargain and so relaxing will have another one done nxt yr. Will be returning nxt yr its a shame they are stopping allinclusive they are just doing bed and breakfast or half board nxt yr..had a great holiday at a lovley place.

Helpful staff, good food. Overall a wonderful experience. The hotel is just across the beach which is a blessing. There is a small pool, even good for those who don't know how to swim. Would've given them 5 stars but room service was just a bit standard.

OMG soooo bad!!!I never had Such a bad experience anywhere in my life!This place needs to have a decent management and a much higher standard.Food was awful,made us ill through our hols.We paid a lot of money for this crap hotel( not even a hotel).Proper insepction needs to be there especially the kitchen as 90% of the people had diarrhoea who were there when we as well.Waste of your money be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!
We tried to speak about all these issues but the management does not speak English.....These days...Really??!!!!!

We have been coming to Alanya for many years & always book this great hotel lovely comfortable clean room & helpful friendly staff 👍👍👍 rooms to suit all & lifts ramps etc if needed 👍 rooms cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard 😁
