Great location

The hotel itself is average, however the location is very good, just few minutes away from Eiffel Tower and close to metro. When booking you should know that only one room (317) offers view to the tower, only if we knew it before booking:)
Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in

We had a room on the second floor which was the size of a shoebox. The picture they took for the internet must have used a very wide angle lens. The room had windows which opened directly into the hallway so we couldn't have any windowds open at all. There was no air conditioning. Anyone walking past could reach into the room and grab our bags. The bathroom window was full height and had frosted glass. You could stand outside and see the silhouette of anyone in the bathroom. Thank goodness we weren't travelling with pour teenage kids. I wewnt to complain about the room at breakfast but there was too many people checking out so decided to leave it to later that day. When I went to ask for another room (my mistake it was around 2.30pm) I was told there were no other rooms by desk clerk who, by this time, had sat down, folded his arms and became very uncooperative. Thsi room should never have been made available to anyone. Very, Very disappointed. If we had time, I would have asked for a refund.
No hospitality

This hotel had bed bugs. I have worked in the hotels for 7 years now and still current manage. My name is Austin Litchfield hotel contact 310.838.5599 . They and Expedia have asked me to go to the hospital and get a report so that they can refund. I am currently traveling Europe with my fiancé who I proposed to in Paris and have not had a problem before getting there. On the second day we started breaking out and at check out I actually brought one down. The Fd then tossed on floor and not even an apology. Now Expedia is giving me the run around after I booked multiple plane tickets and hotels through them for this international trip. I stayed at Marriott before this one and anytime traveling internationally now I will make sure to book direct. I'll be reposting this on yelp and TripAdvisor as well as please be warned if this hotel. There were plenty of other little things that I didn't even mention as the bed bugs was a real negative experience. All the other hotels have been great but the fact that Expedia is also asking me to go to the hospital to get a doctors note is ridiculous unless they are going to pay for me to go to an international hospital while on my trip.
Near the Eiffel

Best value for your money. Who says Paris is expensive? This hotel is very affordable, booking prices include buffet breakfast with limited selection but there’s an unlimited wine and cheese every night at the restaurant so I’m not gonna complain. 🥂 Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and nearby attractions. I would recommend this place!
Great spot in a quiet location

This is my second time staying in this hotel, 17 years apart! I was pleased to see the neighborhood has remained the same as has this cozy and quaint spot tucked away just a few short blocks from the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. Staff was extremely welcoming and were available to answer any questions or assist with our travels. Rooms are cozy, but clean and full of all necessary amenities. The highlight was the nightly wine and cheese, highlighting the French cuisine. My only hiccup was their recommended shuttle to the airport was not as advertised, and we spent an hour driving around Paris picking up people until the shuttle was full, almost missing our flight. Breakfast was also on the more expensive side, at 13 euros per person, and was not a full spread in comparison to what I have seen at other hotels.
